In 2004, A & F Elevator Company opened a new office in Houston, bringing the same level of professional services and expertise enjoyed by our North Texas customers to the entire Southeastern portion of the state.

Our second level of specialty at A & F Elevator Company is to provide our customers non-proprietary products for their current elevator technology. Having non-proprietary equipment gives you the freedom to choose elevator services and replacement parts, freeing you from the high cost of maintaining and servicing proprietary equipment. We are happy to introduce the latest packages to convert all brands of proprietary equipment to non-proprietary products, which can be done on existing hydraulic and traction elevators with minor changes.
